March 29, 2026 at 10:21 amI had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this travel agent.
We booked a vehicle with specific features, but on the day of travel, we found that those features were missing. We immediately informed customer service, and they assured us they would check and respond. However, despite waiting for almost an hour and receiving no callback, we had no option but to proceed with the trip as everything was already planned.
Throughout the 3-day tour, we continuously tried to reach customer service, but there was no proper response or resolution. We even informed the driver that we would hold ₹2,500 due to this issue unless we heard back from the company—but still, no action was taken.
The situation became worse on the last day. Around 11 PM, the driver stopped at a petrol pump and claimed he didn’t have money to pay, leaving us stranded on the road, with female passengers onboard. Despite repeated attempts, customer support remained unresponsive.
After nearly an hour of argument with both the driver and customer care, we were forced to pay. Customer care then committed over WhatsApp that ₹2,000 would be refunded.
It has now been 2 months, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received any refund or proper response.
This experience was highly unprofessional and unsafe. I strongly advise others to avoid this travel agent, as they may leave you in difficult situations with no support when you need it the most.
