Trishla Foundation - Prayagraj

Trishla Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of children and adolescents living with cerebral palsy. Based in India and serving patients from neighboring countries, the foundation functions as a comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment center focused on long-term, sustainable outcomes. Our core philosophy is built on a consistent and multimodal treatment approach, ensuring that every child receives personalized and holistic care.

At Trishla Foundation, treatment goes beyond therapy alone. We offer a wide range of specialized services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, special education, hand therapy, psychological counseling, and behavior support. Along with clinical therapies, children are trained in daily living activities, mobility skills, sports and recreational activities, use of assistive devices such as braces, and when required, surgical guidance. This integrated approach helps children build physical strength, confidence, communication skills, and independence.

Founded in 2014 by Dr. Jitendra Kumar Jain, Trishla Foundation is supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of over 40 professionals. Together, they work tirelessly to support hundreds of children with cerebral palsy through structured rehabilitation programs. A key strength of the foundation is its strong focus on parent training and involvement, empowering families with the knowledge and skills needed to support their child’s progress even beyond the treatment period.

One of the most unique aspects of Trishla Foundation’s program is the residential training model. Parents and children stay in Prayagraj (Allahabad) for a duration of 3 to 6 months, allowing therapies to be delivered consistently and effectively. Despite the intensive nature of the program, accommodation and treatment costs are kept minimal and affordable, ensuring accessibility for families from all economic backgrounds.
