They charged full gas topup for both AC’s saying that gas leaked due to bad craftsmanship during dismantling. I did not realised motive behind it and made fooled by them. They charged 5300 for gas topup without even charging gas.
Second time I called them for water leakage issue. Technician Md Mujahid remove indoor unit for cleaning saying that internal blockage can not be cleaned without removing. After re installation he said that their is low gas pressure and 1 kg gas required for topupIf anyone know “pump down” process then he can easily say that their is no gas loss in that process and whole gas is collected in outdoor unit. As the case of new ac.When I checked weight of cans available with him, one can weight 210gm and another local cylinder weight only 1.5kg whereas this cylinder was like lpg gas and ownself weight 1.5kg.That means both cylinders were empty. In this case he again forcefully charged 2500 for gas again. Hopeless and fraudulent practices.
